Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade, I want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade and personal items, the following cannot be returned:

• Used items
• Custom or personalized orders
• Sale items

Refunds

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo so I can replace or refund it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
